Dental hygiene
The dental hygiene is a practice that will help prevent oral diseases both gums and teeth. It is the only way to prevent tooth decay. Dental hygiene should be performed taking time and the right tools.

How to remove plaque?
To remove plaque is necessary to follow a series of steps. Not enough to brush teeth follow the following routine:

- Fluorine: Used to prevent tooth decay. It is best to use a fluoride toothpaste that already includes to avoid using two different products.
- Interproximal brushes: These are used to clean between the teeth of those who have separated teeth or gaps between teeth.
