Foods That Eliminate Bad Breath

Many times we think we can “post” questions like, maybe I should not have ordered my burger with raw onions at lunch, because then I’m going to release bad food all afternoon. Many people find they cannot hide what they ate certain foods because they remain on their systems, causing bad breath or halitosis. Onions and garlic are probably the most common and best known of bad breath or halitosis instigators, but there are others.

The problem with foods like garlic and onions that contain pungent oils is that they are driven by the bloodstream to the lungs. When you exhale, exhale spicy leftovers too.

Fortunately, like eating certain foods can cause your breath is unpleasant, other foods can help mask bad breath for a certain time.

Foods that can help mask bad breath include:
